An RPR is required for most real estate transactions, refinances, and title transfers. It shows the property boundaries, structures, encroachments, and any easements. I follow Alberta Land Surveyors' Association (ALSA) standards. Most reports 5-7 business days; mortgage refis 3-5 business days. I can also re-stamp an existing report if the property hasn't changed since the original survey.
